HOW TO MAINTENANCE NOTEBOOK

1. Monitor

2. Jika membeli barang, pilihlah barang yang bersertifikat.  Artinya barang tersebut terlindungi garansi yang lebih dari satu tahun dan penjual dapat menjamin keutuhan barang yang Anda beli sampai ditangan Anda dengan baik serta tanyakan pula apakah barang yang Anda beli itu mempunyai service agent di wilayah tempat Anda tinggal.

3. Tanyakan apakah pengirim/ penjual menyediakan juga jasa pengiriman sampai ke alamat Anda.  Jika tidak, carilah toko online lain yang menyediakan jasa pengiriman barang yang Anda beli.

4. Untuk jasa pengiriman barang.  Pilihlah perusahaan jasa pengiriman yang baik dan bertanggungjawab.  Beberapa perusahaan jasa pengiriman membutuhkan alamat lengkap Anda.  Berikan data lengkap Anda termasuk nama penerima barang.  Beberapa perusahaan jasa pengiriman hanya menjangkau sebagian kecil wilayah pelayanan mereka, jadi cermatlah memperhatikan hal ini.

5. Para pencuri nomor kartu kredit di dunia maya sangat pintar memanfaatkan 4 digit nomor akhir kartu kredit yang beredar.  Sediakan satu kartu kredit terpisah dengan konten dana yang pas dengan harga barang yang akan Anda beli.  Misalnya harga barang yang akan Anda beli $500 maka konten dana kartu kredit Anda cukup $500 saja.  Jika Anda akan membeli barang dalam jumlah banyak sehingga diperlukan konten kartu kredit Anda menjadi besar, bagilah menjadi beberapa bagian kecil dalam beberapa kali pengiriman data kartu kredit.  Agak merepotkan tetapi dana di kartu kredit Anda tetap aman lagipula saat sekarang sudah banyak penawaran kartu kredit. 6. Jika Anda terpaksa memilah dana kartu kredit, kirimkan data kartu kredit Anda berturut-turut dengan jeda selang waktu setidaknya 24jam jika dana yang diperlukan dalam membeli sebuah barang cukup besar dan beritahukan hal ini pada pihak penjual.

7. Jika Anda memiliki tabungan dana seperti di paypal, egold, electronictransfer dll untuk kebutuhan transaksi semacam ini, lakukan penggantian password secara rutin.

8. Berkomunikasilah dengan pihak penjual/ penyelenggara jasa segera setelah Anda melakukan transaksi dengan kartu kredit ini baik melalui email atau telephone.  Lakukan hal ini dalam 12jam BUKAN 24jam. Dan mintalah tanda bukti terima dari penyelenggara jasa baik berupa data elektronik [email] maupun hard-copy.

9. Jika jangka waktu antara pengiriman barang yang Anda beli dan penerimaan barang tersebut memakan waktu lebih dari satu minggu, lakukan tracking melalui penjual/ perusahaan jasa pengiriman.

10. Transaksi jual-beli lewat internet sama amannya dengan transaksi jual-beli biasa.  Keduanya memerlukan ketelitian dan kecermatan dari para pihak yang terlibat.
